We chose this hotel mainly for its handy location. Getting to the bus stand and railway station was easy, which made our travel much simpler. But the room had a bad smell when we first walked in, and the cleanliness could be better. It was decent otherwise, though for what we paid, it didn't feel worth it. We've had much better rooms and stays at other budget hotels.

The staff were polite and very cooperative. The location is handy, about 400 meter from Trivandrum central station and 1.5 kilometer from sri padmanabhaswamy temple. The executive AC room was okay, but I spotted small cockroaches in the washroom of every room.

The hotel is in a good spot and is easy to get to, but my stay was only average. There were termites in the room, and the bathroom needed better cleaning and maintenance. Fixing those things would make the guest experience better.

We checked into room no 422 and were very disappointed by the cleanliness and service. There were lots of cockroaches in the room, and we killed them ourselves. We told reception, but nobody responded. The reception was overstaffed, yet the staff just chatted and didn't seem bothered about helping customers. For the high rent and poor service, it wasn't worth staying here. Other nearby hotels charge the same and offer better quality, so think carefully before booking. Management keeps replying to earlier reviews that it will improve, but it never does. Don't spoil this property by giving jobs to unprofessional people.

The food tastes great and the service is good. The rooms are old, but they're maintained properly. The hotel is right opposite the railway station, with the bus stands and tourist spots nearby too.
