Poor service and no room cleaning or maintenance. Complimentary breakfast was only paratha. The staff were very casual, and though 333 is the number for food service, nobody ever picked up. I had to call reception multiple times before they served me. No to this Oyo.
The washroom had puke in it, possibly left by the previous guest, and there were stains on the bedsheet. They showed us other rooms, but those weren't any cleaner. During a pandemic, keeping beds and bathrooms hygienic should be a top priority. This was the worst OYO hotel I've ever stayed in. A definite no.
The staff were neither polite nor helpful when we needed service. The room wasn't clean, and the bedsheet hadn't been washed. There was hair and other dirt left behind by the previous couple or family. It didn't feel like a family hotel at all. A terrible experience for an OYO room.

Breakfast was the worst part: Rs. 220 for two Aloo parathas. There weren't even basic facilities, and the whole stay was a terrible experience. I won't go back.
