Hotel Noida Continental

They couldn’t find my booking, even though I’d booked directly through their website and paid 1074 for one day. The room smelled damp, the old bedsheets looked used, and the towel I ordered was wet. The bathroom was dirty and in terrible condition, with pigeons pecking at its outside wall. The AC didn’t cool at all. I complained, but they insisted it worked and still charged me for an AC room. The worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Places like this should be closed immediately.

The cleanliness needs work, and I wouldn’t choose this place for a family. The staff don’t seem trained in basic hospitality. For guys looking for a budget spot for drinks or a night out, it may suit them. Families would be better off spending an extra 250 for a better hotel.

For around 650, the price seemed fair compared with other hotels that add charges when you arrive. They were honest about the rate, and both the room and washroom were clean, though I noticed a few mosquitoes. The TV didn’t work, there were no shower products, towel, or even hand wash, and the bedsheet and blanket were dirty. Choose carefully.

The receptionist’s attitude made me feel unwelcome and insecure the whole time. After dinner I brought back a small pastry box, and they stared at the packet as if I’d stolen something. I won’t visit or recommend this place again. I hope the owner looks into it. I booked a Deluxe AC room through goibibo. The location felt bad, with 3-4 wine shops and non-veg shops nearby making it crowded and unsafe. The rooms were dirty, and even though other rooms were available, they wouldn’t move me after I complained and showed them photos. There wasn’t any soap in the washroom boxes. The AC also didn’t cool, even at the lowest temperature.
