I stayed for a couple of days, and the receptionist was cooperative. They sorted out my complaints easily. It’s hard to find, though: the landmark is called sector 2 firestation, but it’s in sector 5, which even locals find confusing when giving directions. The neighborhood feels like a typical UP village. Cleanliness was 3 out of 5, and the TV had few channels. There’s no porter, and with the lift broken, getting luggage upstairs is a challenge. In the end, you get what you pay for.

The location is the worst part. It’s down an alley with 1-2 cattle yards, so the front balcony rooms can stink. The rooms match OYO’s commitments, but the staff aren’t very friendly or helpful, and the kitchen staff are quite rude. The kitchen is on the 7th floor, and you may have to take the stairs because their elevator is often under maintenance. That happened to me twice, so think about it if breakfast is included.

We had a spacious room for 2 with lovely views, and the staff gave wonderful service. My girlfriend especially liked the breakfast. The room had all the conveniences we could want, and the location can’t be beat. We loved the Hotel OYO Sector 5 and will plan to stay again on our next visit.

The coffee was the one thing I liked. The room wasn’t clean, and the washroom wasn’t attached. To use it, you have to go through the balcony. I didn’t like the place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were hygienic and the food was good. I stayed for 10 days and felt comfortable throughout. The staff were very cooperative, and Mr. Akash and the team were hospitable. Good value for money, especially for seafarers coming to MMD Noida.
