Radisson Noida

I only needed a comfortable, straightforward place for a business trip to India, not luxury. My flight arrived at 6am, and I knew check-in was around 1pm, so I expected to wait. The front desk told me how “fortunate” I was that a room was ready, which was a relief since I had a 9am conference and hoped to shower and get ready. But they wanted a full extra day's rate for using it a few hours early. I'd also mistakenly booked an extra night and was leaving a day early. They said the booking was non-refundable and couldn't be changed, and offered no flexibility on early access either. I spent 2.5 hours in the lobby before heading to the conference. The hospitality felt lacking. At best, it was an average stay, and I wouldn't choose this place again.

The breakfast buffet was especially delicious. My room was spacious and nicely designed, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I had a comfortable, luxurious stay at this 5-star hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is beautiful, the food is tasty, and the service is very good. Mr. Abhishek rawat guides the employees well, and he even made a really good bed with an injured hand. Thank you so much, Abhishek rawat. I really liked how beautiful my room was when I saw it, and the room service was good too. This is a very good hotel.

The hotel restaurant food was really good, and Aanchal was kind enough to introduce us to local food. I was glad the gym stayed open 24 hours, so I could work out after coming home. I was there for one night. The room was clean and spacious, though the hair dryer was quite weak and could be better.
