Fabhotel Palm Paradise

I’ve booked this place twice through booking.com. The first room wasn’t great, but the staff were supportive both times and responded positively. They’ll clean the room if you ask, and the second time I got a better one. It’s handy for my work, in a quiet residential area with good connections. The in-house kitchen serves decent food, the ACs work well, Wi-Fi was good, and there’s a generator for backup power. A pretty decent stay. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a stunning view. Staff were friendly, courteous, helpful, and attentive, and the service made our stay memorable. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby places to eat and explore. The fitness center, pool, and other facilities were top-notch. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay, would happily return, and would recommend it to friends and family. 5/5 stars!

At check-in, they said they wouldn’t give us a room because we’d paid online through the Fab App. The app showed Rs.1200, but they demanded Rs. 1500 and said no room otherwise. What’s the point of listing on the app if customers are left to deal with this on arrival? Reception staff were rude, ignored requests, and kept saying we could call the police when we asked for help. The rooms were poorly maintained, there was no sofa, and the door lock wasn’t right. A terrible experience. I suggest everyone avoid booking this hotel.
