OYO 30385 Avyaan Residency

I paid in advance and reached at 10 pm, but was given a third floor room with no attached bathroom and no cooler. The kitchen was set up in the hall outside the room, with food lying around. When I asked to change rooms, the hotel guy refused. OYO also refused a refund or another arrangement, and they treated me like I was staying for free. I ended up leaving in the middle of the road. The hotel is in a lonely area with no street lights, and it looks like a PG. There's no car parking inside. Neither OYO nor the hotel staff showed any courtesy. OYO is really going bad. When I was in trouble at 11 pm, instead of resolving the issue they asked me to sell another hotel for three times the price. They're just cheaters, trying to fool people and taking no responsibility. A local guest house would have much better facilities and courtesy. Don't believe OYO rooms.

I hated the whole experience. The hotel address was wrong, and the room photos didn't match the actual rooms. The staff were very rude, and they also refused the breakfast I had booked. OYO customer service was really poor too. I was on hold for 2-3 hours and never got a proper response.

They spoke harshly and didn't know how to treat clients. Things I ran into during booking: the room was messy, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was no towel or geyser. The blanket smelled like rotten tomato. They didn't offer sanitizer, and when we asked for a water bottle, they didn't give us one.

At checkout they argued over an extra 200 bucks for another person, even though the booking had been cancelled. When I said I'd write a review, the property manager told me, " JO UKHADNA HAI UKHAD LIYE, TEEN HOTEL HAI HUMARE AGAR TERA RESORT HAI TO". I work in hospitality too, and this kind of nuisance has no place in it. OYO should end the partnership, especially since the property isn't even giving OYO its share. The staff behaved badly, the rooms weren't fit to sleep in, and the AC seemed like it was from the 18th century. Once I booked through OYO, they cancelled it so they could take the full stay amount without paying OYO. I paid cash and wasn't given a bill, even after asking, apparently so they could avoid tax. They only told us at check-in that the room was booked for one person. They were acting like hooligans, and I wouldn't advise OYO users to visit a place where people might cause trouble to line their pockets.
