The room was totally different from what I booked, and this didn’t feel like a proper OYO townhouse. I’ve stayed in a townhouse before and it was much better. I’d already paid online before checking in, yet they asked me for an extra 500₹. There was no TV, the ventilation was bad, and there were lots of cockroaches. The mirror was broken, and there was no phone to reach reception or room service. I could hear pigeons and mice from every corner. Please don’t book this OYO townhouse.

I was asked to pay more at reception than the amount shown in the OYO app. After I booked online, they rudely refused my friend’s check-in and threatened us, saying, “I’m local, go away.” I called OYO customer care three times and got no help. The behaviour felt rude, unprofessional, and unsafe. I won’t book with OYO again.

The location was the only reason for the one star. The hotel and room both smelled very bad, and the place was dirty. The bedsheet had holes in it, as the picture shows, and they refused to refund me. I was also disappointed with agoda’s listing and the way customer support handled my case.

Even with a booking, they wouldn’t give us a room and said the money paid through OYO was wasted, telling us to book directly with them instead. The property and room smelled horrible and looked cheap. Staff were rude and unprofessional. They’re frauds, avoid at all costs.
