I picked this homestay because it’s close to Mar Ivans College, where I was attending classes, and getting there each day was easy. It’s budget friendly and very neat, with a clean, comfortable room. The parking area was useful too. A good option for students or anyone visiting the college.

I’d booked a room for my family for the 25th and 26th, two days, a week ahead. Then on the 24th the owner told me there was no room available for those dates, which completely disrupted my plans. My impression is that after confirming my booking, they gave the property or extra rooms to a larger group and cancelled on me at the last minute. I don’t understand the good reviews when this was such bad service and an experience with no ethics.

We spent a week here with our family. The rooms were well maintained, the customer service was good, and the food felt homely. Well recommended.

The lunch was the highlight for me: simple, tasty and satisfying. For ₹200–₹250, you get fish fry, pickle and moru curry, like a traditional Kerala home meal. The hosts are friendly, and it’s a nice choice if you want somewhere quiet with good food. The place is clean and calm, with a homely feel. Rooms aren’t luxurious, but they’re decent and well maintained, and the stay is budget friendly.
