Hotel Tyche Stays by OYO Rooms

The bathroom smelled bad, and the rooms were dirty and unhygienic. Staff were rude, and the customer service was awful. A terrible experience with the staff.

The view from the room balcony was nice, and the room itself was spacious and good. But the bedsheets and pillow cover looked dirty, and dust covered the curtains and windows. The AC took almost two hours to cool the room, so it wasn't worth the price. Please look into the upkeep.

I booked through booking.com two weeks ahead, but the front desk was very rude when I arrived. They looked at my passport, called someone, then told me they don't receive foreigners. Why couldn't they let me know before I got there? I had to hurry off with my bags and look for somewhere else, where the people were more reasonable and had no issue with foreigners.

We couldn't stay for even a few hours. The room stank, the sheets and bedspreads were untidy, and water kept leaking from the badly maintained AC onto the floor. The wardrobes were broken and useless. Reception staff were very rude, and maintenance was horrible. They call it a service apartment but don't provide basic things like a kettle, refrigerator, cups and spoons, or toiletries. A big no if you're coming with family or friends. Please don't trust their agoda photos.
