Hotel Vbee Plaza By OYO Rooms

The unsafe atmosphere was what bothered me most. Guests were smoking openly in the corridors, making it hard to breathe, and there didn't seem to be any enforcement of basic rules. I didn't feel secure during my stay. Hygiene was poor throughout: the corridors were dirty and didn't look regularly cleaned, and my room had a broken, unusable sink. The walls were badly painted, with large patches of peeling paint, and the property felt neglected. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, comfortable stay. It needs serious improvement just to meet basic standards.

The toilet was neat and clean, but the room was a mess, especially the bed, which hadn't been cleaned properly. The rooms also had very poor soundproofing: even quiet conversations inside could be heard from the corridor. The booking site photos are misleading, since they were taken when the hotel opened and don't show its current condition.

We had to leave and find somewhere else after telling the owner what was wrong and asking for a refund. The rooms were filthy, the sheets looked used and unwashed, and there were awful-looking stains on them. The bathrooms weren't washed, and both rooms and washrooms stank. Even getting into the lift made me feel sick. The receptionist said the website photos were only taken for a photoshoot and the place never looks like that. Never book here.

The photos on goibibo looked good, but the room and bathroom were in very bad condition. The bed, pillow and bathroom weren't clean, and there was so much dust on the bed. Very, very bad experience.
