The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient, within walking distance of Trivandrum Central Railway Station. But the room's condition was poor. There was a bad smell, no proper ventilation in the room or bathroom, damaged doors, dirty-looking blankets, and curtains that seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time. Several bathroom fittings were broken, and the switchboards were dirty, damaged, and partly not working. I booked two days because the hotel claimed to be three-star, but it felt more like a basic lodge. I checked out after just one day because of the room.

The staff's kindness and polite help stood out, especially Mr Unni and Mrs Mini, who treated me very well. The room was neat and clean too. It's an affordable, good hotel close to Central railway station.

The room was dim, smelled bad, and felt like it hadn't been maintained in years. Things were broken, dirty, or dusty: hot water never worked, bathroom pipes were broken, and the lamps and TV were dead. The receptionist was extremely rude, and when we asked for cleaning, staff casually said their cleaning time was over. When I raised the hot water problem, the receptionist said they'd send a bucket of hot water if it was urgent. Seriously? I stayed with my family, including my toddler, and it was a nightmare. Even management, when confronted, had no comment and quietly accepted that everything was wrong, as if they already knew the property was in terrible shape. The Google photos may be from the inauguration 10-20 years ago; the current state is nowhere close. Avoid this hotel if you expect basic hygiene or cleanliness.

Vinesh and team were so kind and helpful. My room was clean, roomy, and well cared for, with all the essentials provided. I had a really comfortable, relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting an easy, pleasant visit.
