The premium bar has a cozy atmosphere, but the food and service were awful, and the food quality was poor. It seems to be running just to keep the local bar going. I feel service this bad would only work in kerala.

The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, with stains on the bed covers, and the place felt dirty and unhygienic. Even the tables weren’t cleaned when we went up for dinner, and the food was disgusting. Room service was practically nonexistent. I stayed for two days with friends and had a terrible experience. If I could give it zero, I would. 0/10, wouldn’t recommend. I’ll tell my friends and relatives and post about it on social media.

The staff were rude and arrogant, and the manager was even worse. They told us to leave the executive bar by 10:30 pm and wouldn’t share the hotel WiFi. I saw other reviews describing the same kind of experience. Please avoid it.

The staff were uncooperative, and the rooms were filthy and unhygienic. There were stains and hairs on the bedsheets, and the bathrooms were dirty too, with stains.

The prices were far too high, and the service was awful. Much of the beer and alcohol listed on the menu wasn’t available. The waiter had to go down to the ground floor each time to bring drinks, food, or the bill because none of it was available in the executive lounge.
