Our retirement party at Rajwanshi Banquet went smoothly, with the arrangements handled really well. The staff were supportive throughout. Big thanks to **Gagan Shukla and his team** for helping make it a memorable event. Great service.

There are spacious banquet halls and basic rooms at this budget hotel and event venue in Sector 8, Gurugram. Guests have mentioned helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere for functions, though service and cleanliness can be inconsistent and parking can be difficult. Seems reasonable for a small event or a short stay if the price sets your expectations.

They take the full payment, but there is no service to speak of. There wasn't even basic water in the bathroom, let alone hot water, and no one seemed to be at reception. If somebody eventually appeared, all I heard was “5 minutes” over and over, with no fix. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Terrible stay. No one answers the reception phone or responds to room service requests. They don't seem to take responsibility for their guests.

The tasty food and newly renovated rooms were good. The conference hall can hold 200 people. I attended the Syndictebank Retirees Get Together on 27.4.2025, with 110 people there. It's in old Gurgaon, on Old Rly Road near DSD college, and is an affordable hotel.
