The room was in awful condition: stained carpets, a dirty bathroom, and air conditioning that barely worked. I asked the front desk to move me, but they brushed me off and said they were fully booked, even though I'd reserved well ahead. They even told me to leave in the middle of the night if I didn't like it. The food was overpriced and tasteless, and the Wi-Fi was so slow and unreliable I couldn't get work done. At Hotel Maharaja Palace, in sector 38 Near Subhash Chowk Gurugram, the receptionist staff were also rude and unhelpful when I asked about my reservation. They seemed uninterested in helping. The whole stay was a nightmare. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. Very disappointed, don't stay.

My room had a panoramic view and a huge balcony, which made the visit especially enjoyable. Hotel Maharaja Palace was well maintained, and the staff were responsive and helpful. Any issue I raised was dealt with right away and without hassle. It was a comfortable, satisfying stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere relaxing.

I stayed here while in town for my EA exam and found it an affordable option near the Prometric exam centre. I'd recommend it to other people traveling from Ahmedabad to Gurgaon for the exam.

The staff were good, responded on time, and behaved well. It’s a very good hotel for couples and solo travelers. The place was wonderful, and I need to visit again. See you soon.
