Oyo Townhouse Oak Mintstayz Sector 52 Near Artemis Hospital

Good food, plenty of parking and a location right on the main road made this a convenient place to stay. I was here for a longer stay, and the staff were courteous and quick to respond. They’re part of a hotel brand with more than one or two properties, so I’d expect prompt, quality service. Recommended for both short and long visits, especially if you’re looking for luxury on a budget.

The food was tasty and hygienic, and my room was spotless and excellent. Service was commendable, though it could be more efficient. Good value for the price, and I’m giving it five stars.

Anuruddha at reception was prompt and helpful, and the staff were courteous. The common areas were clean and had working Wi-Fi, which made them suitable for getting some work done. My room and bathroom were neat, though the room was a bit compact and ventilation was only okay. RO water was available when requested.

We had already paid, unfortunately, after checking three rooms that all had the same damp, pungent smell that wouldn’t go away. The fridge didn’t work, and we found cockroaches inside it. Staff didn’t explain the included breakfast hours or provide anything, even though it was only 10pm. Basic things like water and towels were missing, and the staff didn’t know how to speak to customers.
