Saltstayz Select - Huda City Center

I left my charger at the property after my stay and contacted the hotel promptly. They said they’d look into it, but more than 48 hours and several follow-ups later, I still hadn’t received a reply or update. That lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. My interactions with Ms. Sunita Kumari and branch manager Mr. Pranjal were especially discourteous and unhelpful. The dismissive attitude and failure to handle a simple lost-and-found request reflect poorly on management. Hospitality should include basic customer service, and this hotel fell short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and management should address these issues seriously.

Loved the location and service. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Had a really great stay, would definitely recommend it. 😊✨🥰

The location is great, breakfast has lots of options, and the service is okay. But on both of my stays I found cockroaches, first on the bed and then in the wardrobe. During the second visit, there was no bathroom exhaust, and the area was covered with tissue. I stayed four nights and they forgot towels every day, never refilled the water bottle, and gave me a torn bedsheet that stayed that way all four nights. Dinner was a boring veg or nonveg thali. I don’t eat spicy food and asked for mild dal, but it came spicy every time. They also don’t have a hair dryer available, despite listing one. I’d give it three stars.

The Saltstayz standard wasn’t met here. Power kept cutting out, and there was no reliable electricity. I never got the cold coffee I ordered, and had to check out before it arrived. Hot water also wasn’t available, and maintenance couldn’t explain why. They charge ₹500 per hour for a late checkout, which is absurd for a chain that isn’t even three star.
