Club Florence

We had around 200 people at our reception and the place was just right. The lawn is huge, there’s an indoor hall, and a poolside space for smaller events. We customized the bar, posters, banners, and even the cocktails. Shubham from the decor team and Bindu from management helped us a lot. The decor, catering, and management teams were easy to coordinate with, handled our custom requests well, and brought in creative ideas of their own. Food was amazing and staff were courteous. It’s conveniently located on golf course extension road with plenty of parking. The rooms feel a bit dated since it’s an older club, but they’re still quite large for the price. It’s reasonably priced and takes non-member events like ours. Would recommend.

We had a lovely time celebrating our father’s 75th birthday in the Ballroom. The food, service, and ambiance were all enjoyable. Thanks to Ms Anita and Mr Rahul for helping make it memorable.

There’s good space inside, and the venue is on the road with parking around it. I attended a wedding reception as a guest. The food was abundant and above average. During busy events, the washrooms need frequent cleaning. Paper towels, though, were plentiful, and the dispenser never ran out.

The food was good, but the rest of the stay left us really disappointed. Our family of nine came to celebrate our grandmother’s birthday and spend quality time together. We checked in at 5pm and asked for a late checkout. The manager assured us it would be fine, but the receptionist was rude and arrogant and told us to leave according to the checkout policy. The rooms smelled bad, so we had to ask to move. Nobody on staff was friendly or even smiling.
