I was using abusive language, and they asked me to pay more to stay. The host, who owns the building, said Airbnb had paid him less and I would have to pay extra. I had selected the pet friendly option and listed 2 adults and 2 pets, but when I arrived he said he wouldn't allow them and told me to cancel. I spent 2 hours trying to find a solution, but they didn't care. He told me not to bother him by calling again. I'd already been travelling for 20 hours with my 2 babies, my pets, and got no help from anyone. I wasted time and money and ended up stressed. He abused me and said he didn't give a shit if I'd booked for pets, he didn't care, pets weren't allowed on his premises. Later, he said I could keep them on the roof if I paid extra. I accepted, but then he got greedy and demanded more money, saying I had to check out at a particular time or it might be double the amount. This is why our country can't grow, because of fraudsters, liars, and greedy people.
