We were here for a wedding function and had a comfortable stay. The property is easy to reach from the road, and the breakfast buffet had good variety and quality. The rooms were very neat and clean.

The location feels very premium, right on the main road, and there’s parking. My room was clean, a good size, and had an attached balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I loved staying here and will visit again soon.

The day receptionist was rude and answered everything with one word, while the night duty guy and security guard were at least nice. During our 9 day stay from 17th-27 December, the geyser failed repeatedly. We called around six times, and after a repair it either still didn’t work or stopped overnight, so we had to shower in freezing December cold several times. When I asked to change rooms, they said none were available, then let us use another room’s washroom for hot water. They didn’t say it was a used room, and we found alcohol and condom wrappers there. It hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customer checked out. They just sent us in to shower in someone else’s room, and it took a lot to keep our temper. We asked for things like toilet paper over the phone, but it went undelivered for days. Housekeeping apparently only works from 12-5, when most guests are out, and they told us to hand over our keys if we wanted cleaning, since they wouldn’t come outside those hours. Laundry pickup is only at 8am and comes back the next day. There was no information booklet about any of this. The website says 24/7 kitchen, but it closes at 10:30, and it also lists a conference room that they don’t have. No reimbursement was offered for the trouble, no refund or room service charge waiver. It was a disgusting experience and honestly we should have been entitled to a full refund. We didn’t want to haggle, and even tipped the security guard. Won’t book here again.
