Traveling with family and a small child, this was the worst hotel experience. The staff were very rude and don’t know how to speak to customers. I wouldn’t even give it one star. You’d be better off staying at a Dharamshala than coming here. The AC is controlled from a main board, and they generally keep switching it on and off. There’s no room service, TV, or intercom, so you have to go to reception or call their mobile. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with most pipes and faucets dilapidated. Beware of auto drivers at Cantt station. They bring people here saying it’s a cheaper hotel and closer to Ram Mandir, but neither is true. The rooms aren’t worth even 1000 a night, yet they ask for more than 1500. It’s on the back side of Ram Mandir. They say it’s a five-minute walk and you can see the temple from there, but what you see is the back side, and the main entrance is more than a 1 km walk. Auto rickshaws generally won’t come here when you’re returning, and if one agrees, it costs around 100 rupees or more each time. There aren’t food options nearby. You have to rely on their one option, a cloud kitchen, and even that takes over an hour to deliver. Totally awful, a fraud. It isn’t really a hotel, they’re running it in their own home. Their family lives on the ground floor, and they call the rooms on the other floors a hotel.
