After our seniors’ farewell party was over, the staff demanded more money, even though we’d discussed and settled the booking details and payment well beforehand. They gave no valid explanation. They were rude and disrespectful, and threatened to involve the police instead of properly sorting it out. That was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam attempt after the event had already finished. This was an unethical, unprofessional experience that reflects badly on the management. We trusted a reputed place and were left with stress and disrespect. I strongly advise people to avoid hosting events here if they don’t want last-minute surprises and this kind of treatment.

Vendors should be cautious about working with this hotel. It’s been more than 2 years and, despite repeated follow-ups, payments are still pending. Mr. Sham Singh Jamwal and the owner have even blocked the vendor’s mobile number. That shows irresponsible and unethical behavior, with no transparency or professionalism. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for events or functions either.

The map pin is wrong, and searching for “auerum grand” was how we found the right place. We’d called at 2pm and asked to have the room ready for 8-9pm, but after checking in around 9pm, the two guys at reception kept us waiting for a long time. The staff on that shift were rude and weird. Then in the morning, staff expected us to rate the hotel on maps right there and were very persuasive about it. Why push for a rating when the job wasn’t even done properly?

The building and name might make the place look appealing, but I found it bizarre. The front desk, including Reception, showed no sense of hospitality, and the staff don’t know how to speak to guests. They charge heavily, yet the service is pathetic.
