The manager, Mr. Somnath, was the main reason my visit to Suvarnagarh Resort and Spa, Udaipur was so disappointing. I found him rude and arrogant, and the way he spoke to customers showed no manners. His conduct felt unprofessional and fell far short of the respect, hospitality, and care guests should receive. This left me with a very poor impression of the resort. The manager needs proper training in how to speak with and handle customers. If he can't do the job professionally, he shouldn't be in a role representing the resort. A resort's reputation depends a lot on how it treats guests, and this was a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, respectful stay.

Food and ambience were amazing, and I didn't have any parking trouble. This is one of the most beautiful resorts I've seen. The staff were friendly, and I'd highly recommend visiting.

The room was properly clean, the food was great, and I loved the ambience and hospitality. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Must visit.

Worst service and management. There was no hospitality or courtesy, and the staff were arrogant and mannerless. They served a buffet with crockery but no breakfast. It was a complete waste of my hard-earned money and precious time. I only have regrets about this place.

We had a great time, thanks to the staff's hospitality. Bhawani ji, the front office manager, deserves special thanks for paying attention to the details and making everything feel special.
