My driver was spoken to rudely and disrespectfully by the staff, which was the most upsetting part of an already poor experience. The hotel offers no facilities for drivers, even though those are a basic need these days. Management needs to teach its staff some manners and treat them with respect, just as it does guests. This is not a guest-friendly place, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly before we checked in. Basic amenities were missing or didn’t work. On top of that, the staff showed no professionalism or courtesy, and the service was terrible. It felt like a complete waste of money. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I strongly advise people to avoid it.
