The rooms felt stuffy, the walls had seepage, and the room itself was miserable. The linen was dirty and the bedsheet was stained. Staff were rude, and there was no housekeeping for four days. They served puri bhaji every day with no other option. The receptionist was unprofessional and gave us unnecessary trouble. Please don’t stay at this third-rate property.

The food wasn’t good, but the property itself was clean and in good condition. The bathroom was especially neat. It’s on TITOS lane 2, about 300 metres from Baga beach.

The power problem was especially bad at night, and the AC didn’t work all night. We told the staff, but they didn’t seem to care. The room was listed online at 2000, but they charged us 2800. We’d asked for an extra bed by 10 pm, and it didn’t arrive until 11:45 pm. When we asked for a toothpick, they said no. Breakfast was complimentary, but they charged us for a water bottle. A bad experience overall.

The room was clean, and my stay was comfortable and easy on the budget. The staff were supportive, especially Mr. Pappu. The hotel is very close to both Baga beach and Titos lane, two of Goa’s main attractions. I’d look forward to staying here on my next visit.

The staff were well mannered, listened to our advice, and service was quick. Check-in and check-out times worked well, and breakfast was a buffet with a different menu each day. The rooms and the place itself were perfect, and we had a great experience. Book adams beach resort for the pleasure you want to have in goa.
