Fatima Guest House in Baga was peaceful and affordable, and felt like a home away from home. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and gave great service. Calangute and Baga Beach are both just a few minutes away, which made getting around convenient. Nearby, there was a veg and non-veg restaurant, a liquor shop, and several cafes, all within walking distance. It would suit couples, families, or solo travelers. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Goa.

We arrived to a woman who seemed pleasant, but things changed when her son showed up. He was disrespectful and intimidating. He refused to honor the room price we had booked through booking, saying it was the weekend and he wanted twice as much. When we questioned that, he became increasingly aggressive. I've booked more than 1,000 hotels in my life, and he's among the ten most intimidating owners I've encountered. Don't book here if you need to be sure you'll actually have a room, or if you want to avoid wasting time, calling booking to cancel, and finding somewhere else. Especially avoid it if you don't want to feel threatened in a foreign country. I hope this crooked business collapses so other travelers are protected.

It's peaceful here, and the surroundings feel pleasant and refreshing. Calangute Beach is an easy walk away, and Tito's Lane is only about two minutes on foot. The staff are polite, the food is good, and the rooms are kept in good shape. They clean the balcony every day, too.

The secure private parking inside the compound was a real relief since we drove in from out of town. We also loved spending time in the green garden, having tea there in the morning or relaxing among the plants in the evening. It felt more like staying in a welcoming home than a hotel. The staff were genuinely warm, courteous, and quick to help us feel comfortable. Check-in and the booking arrangements went smoothly, too. Breakfast was made fresh each morning. Don't miss the bread omelette, it's simple, tasty, and gave the stay that feeling of being with family. The whole place has a lovely mix of comfort and professionalism, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy, peaceful break.
