It didn’t meet expectations. The rooms weren’t cleaned, room service wasn’t proper, and the staff were arrogant and rude. The bathrooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. The facilities listed by OYO weren’t available at the hotel, so it was a total waste of money.

Parking space was lacking, the restaurant wasn’t operating, and the staff were arrogant. Service was poor, and it felt like everything was self-service.
