The room view was the only good part, and the place felt overpriced. There was no power at night or water on the property, and there's no in-house restaurant. This was a last-minute one-night plan, so we ended up staying here, but it turned out to be a terrible decision.
We paid around 6500 for two nights in a jumbo room that can easily fit five people. Room service was great, and the view from the room is hard to put into words. It was a really pleasant stay.
We were running late and asked to leave our luggage at the bus stand. Puneet Malik took care of it, which was a lovely example of the hotel's hospitality. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and we didn't face restrictions on the noise we made. The hotel is beside Baga Beach and became one of my favorite places to stay in Goa. I'd recommend it to friend groups and families, you won't regret it.
Mr. Puneeth gave us good service, and the price was fair. We had two large connected rooms with two bathrooms, both with hot water whenever we needed it. Everything was clean and tidy. Being so close to Baga Beach was another big plus for me.
The owner and staff were uncooperative, and the booking offers were terrible.
