The location is the main plus, just a short walk from Baga Beach. We booked a premium room through OYO, but on arrival they first showed us a local room and said it was available. After an argument, I showed them the photos of the room we'd booked and said we'd cancel unless they gave us that one. Eventually they did. That bathroom had no towel bar, so every time we changed we had to leave our clothes on the bed. That's a basic facility any hotel should have. The service staff were also consistently disrespectful.

Don't book online, especially through OYO. They take the advance and there's no refund option. At check-in, hotel staff denied the online booking and were very rude. There are plenty of other hotels, so don't waste your money. Big zero rating, and uninstall the OYO app.

In short, my experience was the worst: fraud, arrogant staff, and poor room service. At check-in they denied us and asked for a huge cash payment. The receptionist was very rude and had no sense of how to talk to people. There were frequent power cuts, too. We had extended the booking through Oyo, but when we arrived he refused to check us in and demanded 2500 rs extra.

It's hard to find this place, even cab drivers don't know where it is. They also won't take credit cards or any other card payment, so a shaky internet connection can make things difficult.

I wouldn't even give it one star, it's a 0 star hotel in goa. We booked online, but the person at reception said they don't accept online bookings. Why make the hotel available for booking online, then?
