I stayed for seven nights. It's a small hotel, but I found it good for families. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms well kept, and they cleaned daily and changed the bed. Room service was good, and the staff were polite. Rates seemed decent compared with nearby hotels. It's close to Baga beach and the nightclubs, but we didn't hear noise in the room. There isn't an in-house restaurant, though another one is very close.

My wife and I stayed here on our Goa vacation in March. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean, with a really comfortable mattress and pillows. We were near the beach and clubs, but away from the noise and crowds. Plenty of restaurants are close by, prices are moderate, and the service was good. A nice retreat for a Baga trip.

The manager was helpful, and the rooms are large, though the bathroom is very small. Amenities could use an upgrade: we got a 2 rs shampoo sachet and a 5rs soap bar. There's no restaurant, but tea, coffee and a basic breakfast can be ordered. An average stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with the beach, shops and places to eat close by. Our room had AC and was clean, as was the toilet. The main issue was hot water: after 10am, reception said it had run out and the pressure was low. That's not acceptable at around 6k a night. Breakfast room service options were also limited.

The rooms are spacious and kept neat and clean, and the staff really make an effort to keep you comfortable. It's very close to Baga beach. Nearby resorts can charge a bomb, while this hotel has decent rates, comfortable rooms and a great location.
