The Grand Lajja

We found the staff friendly, responsive, and respectful, and the dining hall served a range of delicious dishes. The resort is right by the Ganga in Haridwar, and every room has a wonderful river view, with forest across the water as well. The spacious rooms have large balconies where sitting with tea or coffee feels calming. Rooms and big bathrooms were neat, clean, and hygienic, and the rooms had all amenities. Kids have plenty of garden space to play with the ducks and rabbits. There’s also a large dining hall, plus a live bar counter and bonfire for evening get-togethers. It was a peaceful place to spend quality time with family and friends.

The rooms feel worthy of a five-star property, with lovely views of the Ganga, and the large grounds and farm animals kept the kids engaged. It's very close to the highway, and the hospitality was great. More than worth the price.

The peaceful scenery made the walk feel like a real break, and the natural bath at the end was a lovely finish. The six of us had a great time exploring the area with Nico, who was warm, motivated, and an excellent guide. The atmosphere was so special that it felt like home. Thanks again, and I’d recommend Sibiu Guide Nico to anyone. Very nice...

The staff were very good, and the hospitality was lovely. We had the rain dance a couple of times, and the food was fresh and made to order. Had a great time.
