If you have your own vehicle, this is a great place to stay. The staff are great, polite, and welcoming, and the service and food are good. The downside is the location, far from main Haridwar city, and sometimes it’s hard to get a cab. There’s no view from the room windows. Great work, fortune park, Haridwar.

The place feels more like a marriage or function venue than a proper tourist hotel, and the breakfast was very poor. Staff behavior wasn’t good either. It was a very disappointing stay, especially compared with my excellent previous stay at Lemon Tree Premier Rishikesh. The hotel is in a remote village far from the main city, not actually in Haridwar, and that wasn’t clearly stated when booking. There are no nearby shops or market, and no local transport like a taxi or Rapido. The hotel charges around ₹1800 for a taxi to Har Ki Pauri, which is very expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it to tourists.

The front desk staff, Deepak, Akhilesh & Akansha, were helpful from check-in through checkout. Fortune park, Haridwar is a very good option when visiting Haridwar, with spacious, clean rooms and plenty of food choices.
