The rooms have basic air conditioning and are reasonably priced, and the receptionists were kind and helpful. Taxi service is available, and the card locks felt secure. Parking was only average because taxis take up much of the space, leaving room for roughly 50 mid-range and high-end cars. Rooms booked cheaply through OYO did not come with Wi-Fi. It felt clean, safe, and homely, though there's room for improvement, so I gave it four stars.

The rooms were comfortable, decent, and well maintained, with plenty of parking across the road. Staff tried to help with requests such as a little extra time at checkout or holding luggage after checkout, when they could. We chose the place after finding it listed as a good budget option online, but had to wait while staff located our booking and assigned rooms. Service was slow because the same staff also ran other businesses, including a travel agency. There is a restaurant, though it wasn't operating during our stay.

The rooms were supposed to be just a place for my family to sleep for a few hours after a family function, since our home, less than 2 km away, was overcrowded. I had booked three rooms for the night of December 24, 2016. None of the air conditioners worked despite repeated complaints, even though I had paid in advance for AC rooms. There were bed bugs, and one room had a broken bathroom lock. Breakfast was hopeless. A minus rating is all I can give this hotel.

We were a family group of about 16 or 17, and most people had gone to lunch while my older sister and I stayed in the room. The owner came in and started throwing out our luggage while nobody else was there. My sister politely asked for five more minutes so she could call everyone to collect their things, but he refused and was very rude, saying, “Get out, everyone, move out.” When the others returned, a big argument started because he had told staff to throw the bags out, including money bags and purses. He nearly threatened us by holding a fist up to my face, but in the end he had to behave respectfully. The hotel's maintenance might be good, but they really don't know how to treat visitors.
