At ₹4000 a night, this place is terrible value. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, breakfast was limited and tasteless, and there weren’t many food choices. The views didn’t match the website photos either. The whole stay was very disappointing. Treebo should not scam people.

Food and service were both good, but we had a lot of confusion over the room categories. We booked a deluxe room, but got one with no view, while Treebo said all the rooms were the same. In my opinion, deluxe rooms should have a valley view, since there’s nothing else to justify paying extra.

The city centre and nearby tourist spots were easy to reach, and the food was nice. We stayed three nights last week and found the room clean, with a balcony and a good view. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast arrived an hour and a half late, and hot water only comes after you’ve wasted two buckets. The service was terrible, and they couldn’t manage simple tasks. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you find a good sale offer.

The location in Mahabaleshwar is good, but watch for the turn off the main road onto the property road. We reported several problems after checking in, including cleanliness, room lights, and the AC. Manager Abhang Rathod patiently went out of his way to deal with our complaints, and Manas from housekeeping was cooperative. The property needs proactive maintenance. On a future visit, I’d hope to find a smoother balcony sliding door, a light above the bathroom mirror for shaving, and another above the dressing table.
