The location is good, and housekeeping was the one service I liked. The TVs and charging points didn’t work. Before we booked, the owner spoke very nicely and promised us a lot, but after we arrived he barely acknowledged us. They wouldn’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water. At billing, he said we’d have to pay for one, even though hotels provide it complimentary. When we questioned the charges, he said he would deduct the amount from the staff’s salary.

We enjoyed our stay, and the owner was very supportive and helped us a lot. The place is peaceful, with a mountain feel and birds around, and there’s a garden where kids can play. The staff were helpful, and breakfast and dinner were included. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food were good. One suggestion for the owner: it would be nice to have heaters during monsoon and winter. A good experience overall.

We found this to be a clean, affordable stay near Table Point View. The rooms and washrooms were clean, hospitality was good, and hot water was available 24/7. Good value for us.

For my first visit to mahabaleshwar, this hotel was a lovely place to stay. The people were cooperative, the ambience was great, and the food was delicious. I loved the experience. Thankyou OYO

The villa-style setup made this a nice budget place to stay, with a pleasant ambience and views of the mahabaleshwar hills from the window. Parking was a bit of a problem.
