Rohit Shukla, Atul Tripathi, Akshay, and Sahil all worked together as a team, and I especially want to mention them. The hospitality was good and so was the food. If you can eat at the resort, there’s no need to try outside food. Must visit.

We didn’t feel safe or at ease as a family during our stay. I told the staff that our room window was open, but no one took care of it. There were also guests drinking and smoking beside the swimming pool, which didn’t feel suitable for a family resort. I’m disappointed and concerned about the experience. I hope the hotel looks into this and takes steps to make future stays better.

The location was lovely, with lots of monkeys and other animals around, and the rooms themselves were lovely too. But there was no hot water in the shower, and we could hear people in the neighboring rooms. Service was okay. They only serve vegetarian food, some menu items weren’t available, and the swimming pool wasn’t working. One night, when we asked the waiter for salt and salad, he ignored us and went home.

The pool photos are misleading, and there wasn’t a single activity. The pool itself is so shallow it’s only suitable for children, not adults. Rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the food was below average. A lot of dishes were unnecessarily sweet, even the chutney tasted sugary. I also found it disappointing to be charged extra for basic things like water bottles in the room. Very unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
