I'd booked online and was given room 101. The main door had no latch, nor did the bathroom door. The lights were so dim it felt like walking into a bar, the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and neither did the TV remote. On top of all that, the room stank. There were many vacant rooms, so I asked the man at reception if we could move. Instead of apologizing, he yelled, "Tum Aaye Ho Tab Se Tumhara Natak Dekh Raha Hun." I was shocked since this was my first time speaking to him after entering the hotel. I actually had to argue to get another room. The power kept going off, and sometimes there was no water in the room. There was no hot water either. Every morning from 7, someone banged on the door to ask if we needed hot water. The staff were unprofessional and the rooms pathetic. This place isn't worth Rs.500 a day. Never stay here.

Bad rooms, no hot water, and appalling service. Customer care was poor, and each room got just one towel no matter how many guests were staying. If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. Avoid it.

The price is reasonable, and the big plus is how close it is to the city, market, and bus stop. The staff aren't that good, though. I'd say bachelors can book here, but it's better for newlyweds or families to look elsewhere.

The rooms are so nice, like heaven, and the food served through room service was very good. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, but I liked the place a lot. The manager, Mr . Singh, is respectful and the room service is excellent.
