The insects in the room made the stay uncomfortable, and the breakfast was a letdown, with few choices, poor quality, and poor value for the cost. My room also wasn't properly cleaned. Housekeeping seemed rushed, and the place didn't feel welcoming or hygienic. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout, and when I raised concerns, my requests felt dismissed instead of addressed. I was also charged extra without a clear explanation, which was frustrating. I didn't expect perfection, but this was one of my most unsatisfactory hotel stays. I wouldn't recommend it.

The manager was rude and acted like a muchad. I was made to pay for something I hadn't ordered, and they pressured me to do it. Their behaviour felt like gundagiri, and they don't seem to have any ethics in how they speak to customers. Please don't go to this hotel.

The place is very crowded, which is expected since it's in the center of Mahableshwar. The ambience is average, but the service was super fast. It's all vegetarian, and the paneer kadai, veg handi, daal fry, and steam rice were fresh, tasty, and good.

The location is lovely, and the breakfast and food are delicious. The staff are polite and ready to help, and the room and linnen were clean and neat. I do prefer a bigger room, though. Parking beside the road is an adventure, and forget an evening shower because warm water is only available between 7-10am, he he he.
