Picaddle The Luxury Boutique Resort

The owner was very polite, as was the staff, and I even met the owner, who personally checks the service quality. Breakfast had lots of options, and the food was amazing. Excellent service and a great place to stay. Must stay here.

The staff were polite and helpful, the food tasted okay, and the location is convenient, right on the main road with easy access to Mahabaleshwar's main points. There's very little space, though. The small pool and play area sit next to the entrance and parking, so there's no privacy. Parking is limited and cars often get blocked. There's another parking area, but only staff are allowed to park guest cars there. Water pressure keeps changing, and the old rooms show water damage. They weren't very clean and were smaller than Picaddle Lonavala. There were torn menus in the rooms, too, and restaurant service was quite slow. Good location, but poor upkeep and limited space brought down the experience.

The location is good, but the view isn't. You can only see a little bit of mountain.

The food was average, and it takes about 50 minutes in traffic to get to mahabaleshwar. The rooms were large, but old, with mold in the bathroom. Not worth the price.
