I had a terrible stay. The room cleaners removed the toiletries, and there was no soap or shampoo left. Construction outside was so loud that sleeping or having privacy in the room was impossible, with workers repeatedly looking in through the window. Breakfast meant waiting at least 1:30 hours. The staff and manager were rude, and the general manager acted as if I were staying for free. I paid the manager at check-in, but at checkout the staff held me up for half an hour demanding those same charges again. Very unprofessional, B-grade hotel. I wouldn't choose it for a family or couple.

Getting here means dealing with traffic, which is the main drawback. Once there, though, it's right in the city center, with lots of space and a large parking area. A good spot for vegetarian food, and they can host anything from a small party to a lavish one.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well maintained, with good food and a really pleasant location. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Thanks, Hotel Bandhan, for a great experience.

There's plenty of parking, and being in the middle of the city makes it easy to get around. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, with a good menu. The food is tasty, and the service is good too. Best hotel in Bahraich, in my view.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and there's a decent hall for a gathering of around 100 people. Construction is still underway, though, and the hotel service needs improvement. After check-in, they didn't provide soap or the other basic items.
