Tuli Tiger Resort

The food was fresh, tasty, hygienic, and offered a good choice, though it was a little costly. Staff were courteous and professional, and took good care of guests. We had a refreshing stay at Tuli Tiger Resort, Kanha Kisli, surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with modern amenities while keeping a natural forest feel. The setting was calm, peaceful, and luxurious. I'd recommend it to nature lovers, families, and couples looking for a premium stay near Kanha National Park, and would love to visit again.

We booked almost the whole resort and brought a big group ready for a good time. The place is beautiful, but it turns out the Resort Policy is the real VIP. We thought hospitality might mean some flexibility. Silly us. Couldn't have the starters we'd ordered brought to our room. Couldn't move a few chairs so we could sit together. Each time, it was policy. The staff seemed more enthusiastic about quoting rules than offering a smile. Tuli Resort, Khana is ideal if you enjoy being politely told no to everything. Go ahead and book, and let the policies pamper you more than the people do.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very nice, service very good, and the food really tasty. All the staff were excellent apart from one irritating, negative person at reception who argued with every guest. A couple of things could be improved: repair the light by the swimming pool and provide a car charger, since this is one of the branded hotels. I genuinely recommend it.

We were the only guests for three days when we visited around 15th August, and the restaurant and food service were great. The property itself is beautiful, but both rooms we tried felt damp. The second one was less damp, though it could suddenly get humid and stifling because of poor ventilation. The bathrooms need work too. The showers were inconsistent, and there was only a shower, no tap or hand held shower. The pools weren't properly maintained. In room service was poor: we asked for two bathrobes and got one, in a rag like condition, and the in room landline wasn't working. The rooms need a serious upgrade, and the service staff need training.
