The check-in process was okay, but the bathroom was very dirty. Room service staff weren't good at all, and there's a lot that needs improving. Service overall wasn't handled properly.

Hotel Blue lagoon offers rooms, food, and party orders with a mandap. It's located in Bolangir beside the Govt bus stand, about 2.5 km from the New bus stand. Visit once and share your experience. Thanks, friends and visitors.

I've never experienced worse service or staff behavior. The staff are very rude to guests and don't hesitate to misbehave. This is the worst hotel to stay at, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The in-house restaurant has very little variety in its food, and the staff behavior isn't good either. The rooms are full of bed bugs. Don't waste your money staying here.
