I stayed a day with my family, and there were dust and cleanliness problems throughout, from reception to the kitchen and restrooms. The lobby had a strong cigarette smell, and the dinner area on the 5th floor was dirty too. Some plates looked blackened. Hygiene needs a lot of improvement.

I booked 10 rooms two months ahead at 2600rs per room, but at checkout they charged 3000 per room. The advance payment receipts they gave us were fake, with neither the room price nor the remaining balance shown. I strongly would not recommend staying here.

The chicken starter and tangdi kebab arrived cold, smelled awful, and had no real taste. It felt like I was eating boiled chicken, lol. This hotel seems to have a good name, but my experience was terrible. I can't recommend it.

The breakfast is included, though there's not much variety, and the WiFi was okay. The room had no coffee maker. Still, it's a good hotel in a convenient part of Ballari, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and a clean, well-kept bathroom. The staff were hospitable.

For Rs 3.2k a night, I expected better. The sheets hadn't been changed before we got the room, and the bathroom was pathetic. It felt more like a Rs 1.5k hotel. At complimentary breakfast, the tea was served in a steel cup, and the car park looked like a slum flooded with sewage.
