For what we paid, the stay felt short on hospitality. High tea cost extra, and even the khichdi we asked for my mother was billed separately. I understand they charged us for a bedsheet we stained, but small gestures of care were missing throughout. We were there for two days and paid around ₹32,000. Before we arrived, staff suggested trying lunch one day and dinner another, but at check-in they told us lunch wasn't available that day. The power also went out twice for about 30 minutes, and the AC stopped working. I didn't complain at the time, but it made the stay less comfortable. The issue wasn't really the money. At a premium price, I expected more warmth and flexibility. I hope management pays more attention to the guest experience.

They got our travel dates wrong and then asked us to pay extra. That's not okay by any standard. We tried calling all morning, but they wouldn't answer and sent messages instead. Is that their idea of looking after customers? I don't know whether the owner approves of this behavior, but they should choose more responsible people to run the place. The service was poor and left us very disappointed. A vacation should be a break, not another source of stress. I can't see why this is rated a 3-star hotel. It feels like one star. I wouldn't return or recommend it to anyone hoping for a peaceful holiday.

The location is great, just about a five-minute walk from the station and the rickshaw stand. Check-in was easy, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The rooms are a little old and could use some maintenance inside. There were lots of monkeys playing around, so be careful.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was extraordinary. DJ night and the magic show made the stay even more enjoyable. Amazing place, definitely worth a visit. Fantastic overall.

A calm place with good amenities and a nice ambience. The market is an easy walk away, and Khandala point is about five minutes on foot. Service was very good, and the staff were soft-spoken and ready to help. If you're visiting matheran, Adamo resort is a great place to stay.
