Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur

Roopa showed us our room herself and kept checking in with kindness and care throughout the stay. We felt comfortable and looked after from arrival to departure, thanks to the staff's warm hospitality and attentive service at Antara Jewel Bagh. Nikhil Sharma, the supervisor at the Amrit Mahal Restaurant, was courteous and quick to help, which made our dining experience even better. The whole team was soft-spoken, polite, and especially considerate toward our senior citizen parents. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend the property for its comfort, class, and service.

The people are what made Anantara Jaipur stand out for me. Housekeeping, the restaurant team, and the front office all worked together and made us feel cared for at every turn. Nothing we asked seemed like too much, and the kindness stayed consistent throughout the stay. I've stayed at luxury hotels around the world and worked in hospitality myself. Here, the warmth felt natural and personal, never robotic or transactional. You can sense the teamwork, pride, and passion behind it. The property, rooms, and food were lovely too, but it was the staff who made this stay so memorable. Thank you to the whole team for reminding me why hospitality matters.

Muskan and her team welcomed us with a family room upgrade and a complimentary cake in the room. They also arranged a baby cot, and Muskan kept us informed about the high tea and was helpful throughout. Room service was great, breakfast had plenty of variety by Anantara standards, and checkout went smoothly. We even received a beautiful Rajasthani ceramic plate as a gift. We drove about 20 km from malviya nagar for my birthday after booking with AVC points. I'd already told them about the birthday and my AVC platinum and GHA discovery titanium membership. They honored the titanium double upgrade benefit and complimentary amenities. The hotel has several banquet halls and gardens for weddings. The only drawback I noticed was the blocked view from the family room.
