I spent five nights in a town-facing room, and the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Mr. Chatterjee (GM) was an exceptionally fine gentleman, one of the best I’ve met. The room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, though the buffet had only a little variety, and the buffet lunch at their restaurant was top-notch.

The service was very bad, and the staff were rude, especially the receptionist. My room was dirty, the door handles were broken, and even the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly.

We were there for only 3 hours, so I don’t have much to say, but it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are very spacious and they provide all the amenities.

We went with friends for the 299/- unlimited Chinese buffet, and the food was really good for the price. Starters included crispy chilli baby corn and dry chili chicken, followed by fried rice and chicken Haka noodles with hot garlic chicken and chili paneer. You also get 40% off a beer with the buffet. It’s opposite Bazar Kolkata in Baguiati, a great spot to treat friends to good food. They also have hookah and 2:1 on drinks all day. Highly recommended.

I needed somewhere close to CCU airport to rest when I arrived at 1am, since my booked hotel wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm. This was the nearest option. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay in.
