I've stayed at a lot of FabHotels and usually had great service, but this property fell short. The place seems to be flats turned into rooms, and upkeep is poor. Our bedsheets and other items weren't clean, there wasn't even a doormat, and the service was below average. I wouldn't recommend it for families at all, though it may suit bachelors. I hope FabHotels acts quickly to improve this place.

For the price, the hotel is decent, with spacious rooms and bathrooms and good parking. Still, management needs to pay more attention to keeping the place in shape. There was a lot of dust under the bed, which triggered dust allergies, so housekeeping should clean there. The bathrooms need cleaning and the leaks fixed, and room service could be better.

The bathroom had no water, and both the room and linens were really dirty. This place isn't up to standard. I wouldn't even give it one star if there were a lower rating available. Stay at your own risk.

The room they gave us was very dirty, with stains on the sheets and ketchup and green chutney smeared on the walls and ceiling. The washbasin taps didn't work. On top of that, the rooms didn't look like the ones in the pictures.

The location wasn't good, and it was disappointing to find the hotel set up in a three-bedroom flat building. Inside, the bedsheet was dirty, the bathroom was leaking and grimy, and there was no towel or soap.
