At 12:30 am we caught a staff member peeking through the window, and it happened twice. The curtains were too short, and the manager defended him. We called the police over the privacy breach. Don't go here, especially women, it isn't safe.

I arrived with my Passport and Aadhaar card after booking through MakeMyTrip. The booking was confirmed and fully paid, and both documents are explicitly listed as valid ID in the terms. The front desk still refused check-in because I'm a Jaipur resident. There was no "no locals" rule in the listing or booking terms. They accepted payment, let me arrive, then turned me away, leaving me without a place to stay on a non-refundable booking. Complete fraud. Don't book online, they may take your money and deny you entry. I've filed a complaint with MakeMyTrip and the consumer helpline.

We held my sister's wedding at Shiv Vilas Resort and expected professional service for what we paid. Several rooms had broken or non-working ACs, there was a bad smell that kept lingering, and staff didn't help in time. Management's lack of response caused stress and disrupted the celebrations, and guests complained throughout. Never plan a stay or occasion here.

Mr Dev showed his true colors over the call. He was arrogant and treated customers like servants, despite having "atithi devo bhava" written on his desk. I don't know why people appreciated his behavior. He should work on his manners and on the hotel's ratings and customer service. Book here only if you want to be his servant. Thank you, Mr Dev.
