My wife and I stayed one night, and the rate was reasonable. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the AC, Geyser, and shower all worked fine. The low rating is because the spring mattress had worn out springs, and service was lacking. We asked for a towel in the morning and never got one.

They first offered us the smallest room, with no window. The other option had a window but a bed problem, so we ended up choosing the smaller room. The staff deliberately put bookings made through Indigo hotels, Goibibo, agoda, and similar sites in doubt, claiming they hadn't received the reservation. The next day they charge extra regardless of the discounted price that shaped the booking decision.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 guests at Hotel Yuliya, and the stay was one of my worst hotel experiences. The rooms looked neglected and poorly maintained. For the high price, breakfast was a letdown, with few options and poor quality. My child couldn't eat at breakfast time because of a mood swing, so I politely asked the staff to pack one paratha. They flatly refused, with no empathy or flexibility. During the stay, they also insisted I settle the bill early, saying it was to make sure I wouldn't “run away without paying.” That was humiliating and offensive. I was meant to stay three more days, but checked out immediately because of their insulting, unprofessional behavior. The cost is far too high for the service, hospitality, and respect on offer. I strongly advise against Hotel Yuliya.

The location was easy to reach and in a very good area, and I found Hotel Yulia easy to recommend. I had a comfortable stay, with decent rooms and delicious food. The manager and the rest of the staff were especially courteous and friendly.
