The staff were respectful and accommodating throughout our stay with our two kids. I asked for a different room to suit my family, and they arranged it immediately. At checkout, we were delayed by around 40 minutes beyond the 11 AM time, but nobody called or hurried us to leave. That considerate treatment made this one of my best hotel experiences. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of North Indian and South Indian choices. Even after breakfast time had ended, the staff made sure guests' requests were taken care of. Their hospitality and comfort made a strong impression on us, and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur. We were surprised to see some negative reviews after such a good stay.

I needed to use the washroom urgently, but the hotel staff wouldn't let me. I was very disappointed, since even visitors who aren't staying at the hotel should be treated with some basic consideration. The response felt rude and unhelpful, and left a bad impression. Hotels should show more empathy in situations like this. I hope management takes it seriously and improves customer service. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend the place.

A cozy place that works well for business travelers and families, and the food is good too. I did notice flies in the restaurant. Also, cut fruit was left uncovered on a shelf at floor level, where dust from people's shoes could settle on it as they took food.

The room service and food were good, but the tap didn't work. Only the shower worked. At reception, my luggage was behind a lot of other bags. I asked for help and was first told to wait. After a long time I asked again and got the response, 'madam aap khud nikal lijiye'. There were 10-15 bags in the way, so the receptionist expected me to move them all to get mine out. The staff behavior at reception was horrible. I'd strongly advise booking only if you can put up with rude behavior.
